Most sizes and colors I wanted were actually available, which is rare on clothing sites. Grabbed a few cute things without needing to keep checking back. Happy.

I also ended up browsing the sale section longer than I meant to because there were a lot of cute pieces, so I definitely bought more than I originally planned.
Shipping wasn’t anything amazing, but looking back, it was reasonable and not slow enough to bother me. For what I paid with the promo, I felt like it was worth it, and I’d probably shop there again next time I come across a good deal

They did respond, but it took a couple days each time, which got frustrating. The messages were polite, sure, but they had that canned “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” vibe without really answering much at first. I had to follow up again just to get clearer info.

To be fair, the issue did get sorted out in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish they were quicker and a little more direct instead of sending those generic apology replies.
